Game, Termanology, Lou Armstrong

*Game - Gettin Dollaz
You Know What It Is, vol. 4 (2007)
Intro song off the new Game mixtape, which is for sale as a download on Game's myspace if you're the type of person who would pay for a download. For the rest of us there's this

*Termanology - I Did It (prod. Hi-Tek)
Hood Politics vol. 5 (2007)
Hi-Tek uses the Celebrities "I choose you" sample, which has been flipped in alot of rap songs, but of course his version has its own twist to it since he has his ill drum programming style.

Back on my mack, pimp

Back from WrestleMania. Shawn Michaels, you broke my heart.

*Young Buck feat. TI, Young Jeezy & Pimp C - 4 Kings
Buck The World (2007)

Some shit off Buck's new album. Pimp C just does the hook. Buck refers to the song as "3 Kings" in his verse, which leads me to believe Pimp C did his shit way after

*50 Cent - Straight To The Bank
Curtis SSK (6/19/07)

Dirty version. 50 back to more rapping and less singing. Prod. by Ty Fyffe and Dre. SSK = Shoot, Stab, Kill bonus: *Instrumental

*Jazzy Jeff feat. Peedi Crack - Brand New Funk
This is like a couple weeks old but I kept forgetting to upload it. And here it is

moldy oldies:

Timbaland and Magoo
Welcome To Our World (1997)

*Writin Rhymes
*Up Jumps Da Boogie feat. Aaliyah & Missy Elliot

Awesome album that came out at the end of 97. I got this for Xmas when I was 11 and even as a young bul I knew this was the shit. Going back and listening to it again now only confirms what I always knew. The thing about Timbaland and Magoo that worked was you never wanted to hear either of them rap a full song. Timbaland was in love with the "telephone effect" at this time (cut the bass on your voice, raise the mids) and he was never that great of a rapper, and Magoo of course overdosed on helium in the 80's. But as a duo they balanced each other out, and the album's guest list of Aaliyah, Ginuwine, Missy, etc. helped to smooth it out.
